Always awesome. Always helpful. Taylor was patient and upbeat and helped me figure out the right parts I needed. Hard to find the answers online but he spent the time to verify everything before I ordered. I will ONLY buy parts for my equipment through the dealership! Highly recommend

This review is for those picking up from empire hydraulics Turn by the empire hydraulics institute for picking up. If you are overweight they will fix it for you. It is kinda tight to back into but as long as you are patient you can do it. Guys that load trucks are very cool. I would give 15 stars if possible.
Everyone I am in contact with is very pleasant to talk to. Chris is very helpful with any problems is have with hoses and parts. Comes by the shop twice month to see if i need anything.
