I guess being a good customer is not appreciated anymore! I bought a new truck and trailer from them. I must say I had no problems with the truck after a year and a half but the trailer the wheels have fallen off three times the first two times they warranty it the third time they said I was a month out of warranty and wanted to charge me $5200. Had a cracked high pressure fuel line on my truck's CAT motor. Nobody in town had the part I needed, but Steve in Part Sales was very helpful, and managed to get the part shipped overnight, so I can have it next day in the morning. Good helping hand when needed!
Do not go to this company Sara an Jim are unexperiene and frauds i took my truck there because it was cranking over but would not start after a week 6000 dollars later they said it was ready to be picked up they promised it was warranty for a year then they said they couldn't test drive it because there was a blinker outI didn't get 10 minutes away and truck shut off and was doing the same thing and they told me I had to pay for a tow back to there shop and it's something else completely and I explain to them it was not the... read more
Traveling through Tucson when the motor home showed a Check Engine light. Googled for a CAT shop. They got me right in and fixed it. Found 2 other problems and will fix them Monday. Thank you!
