My long time family dentist retired recently and as someone who is pretty obsessed with good oral hygiene I spent a long time researching dental offices in Kitchener/Waterloo to really find the one that stood out from the pack. I had such a good experience at this dental office. Everyone was super friendly, from the receptionists to the dentist. I went in feeling really anxious, but Dr. Hornby took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures I needed, which helped calm me down a lot. During the actual work, both he and Liz kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and it made a huge difference. I really appreciate how caring and patient they were.

Very happy to have found Enamel Republic! I had a cleaning and two fillings done here upon a friends recommendation. Both the hygienist and the doctor took time to explain what was happening and kept me in the loop every step. Dr Hornby also kept checking in on me throughout (which was much appreciated because I am usually quite fearful of dental work). Both procedures were very prompt as well. Always, always the absolute best care! The most friendly people ever, they never ever try to get you to get more work than needed. Dr. Kyle has best bedside manner I've ever seen, explains everything he sees and how and why, then how best to fix the problem. During procedures he is constantly checking to make sure you are comfortable and not feeling pain. Highly recommend for people with dental anxiety. The new facility is immaculate!
