Making an appointment is useless, staff is rude and make it obvious they hate their job and you being there in an inconvenience to them. this place definitely makes Deaconess look bad!

The check-in process should have been my red flag to leave. I was greeted as if I were a burden, 20 minutes after they opened. I sat in the waiting area for 2.5 hours for a work urine screen. I watched multiple people go in and out that arrived after me. I would never select this facility again. Gateway would have been worth the drive.

Went in for a simple drug test and pre-employment physical. Scheduled it first thing in the morning so they wouldn't have a chance to get backed up and leave me waiting an hour after my appointment time to actually be seen. Still waited just short of an hour past my scheduled appointment time. They seemed to be very unorganized, which tends to make me a little uneasy when it comes to medical care.
