I had my 86yr old aunt who broke her hip transferred to Encompass from a different horrible horrible facility. Peter in admissions was my first point of contact and went above and beyond to help me get my aunt transferred. all staff members after that DID NOT disappoint! she received 5 star care from everyone.and the food she said was delicious and she had choices..prime rib being a choice 1 evening! I just was discharged from encompass and this is a first class rehab hospital. The staff is amazing and so nice, very motivating from the nurse techs to the gym, Everyone doing PT and OT, the doctors administration the kitchen. There’s not one bad thing you can say about anybody or anything in this hospital. I would highly highly recommend it if you need to go to rehab go to encompass. I would vote it 10 out of 10 easily.

If you want to have your loved ones left in wet diapers, no pants on in their room, nurses who lie about when your loved one falls. Have them hang up on you when confronted with questions on their routine, then this is the place for you. No one knows what is going on. Professionalism, Respect & comfort is not what you will receive here.
