This was my second experience with Encompass of Concord, NH. Both for foot surgery recovery. I was in pretty tough shape upon my arrival both times. Where they are located right on the Concord Hospital Campus, this was helpful. I was in no shape for a long ride ANYWHERE. They had me settled and medicated for my pain in no time. Nursing was very good and was care driven. The call button always received prompt attention. Physical and occupational therapy covered 3 hours a day, was excellent, has a good facility with a lot of equipment and has professional, caring therapists. The whole facility was clean and nicely designed. The only minor negative was the food was very uninteresting. I would highly recommend this facility.

Wow!!! They have been super and helpful. My only complaint would have been the food. Melissa and Ron were professional and caring. Hard to beat their treatments of me.

Hello everyone, please do not send anyone to this circus. They provide nothing but lies, and neglect and if you are competent and can advocate you will get discharged by this clan witj absolutely no discharge plan. This is a disgrace of an administration. There social worker Sherlock is not only two face he lies. There Educator Amy not only two face but she has a problem with listening and she lies.
