Tpn incompetent, no clue how to set up, had to wait for dr on call in pm to get permission for ambulance to take husband to ER. Arrived severely dehydrated. Their drug of choice is oxy in am and pm no matter pain level, keeps patients compliant. Plan on wearing same clothes for several days and forget about daily sponge bath or occasions shower. Patients are not treated with respect. Finally getting sponge bath with door open while nurse and pt gossip about other patients
