Treated my husband very poorly. Scolded him like a child. Did not answer my calls at night to check on him ALOT. Safety was definitely not a priority. The rep who called to convince us to go there reminded me of a used car salesman.

water fitness classes cancelled! this was so appreciated by all of us seniors ! poor management! no advance notices! not even a phone call like we were all in formed at the front desk when we went in monday nov.2 2015 ! poor management!!! we will all miss this and our bodies will suffer! don't anyone care about us as we age?

Family member's medical management and nursing care was an issue. Family member had severe back pain from a fall and was unable to fully participate in therapies. He was then allowed to lay in bed for several days. He became septic from numerous infections, had several subdural bleeds and was severely dehydrated. Thanks but no thanks, look for another acute rehab facility.

Horrible place. Refused to allow my father to get medically necessary surgery while being treated there. They told me the only way he would get surgery was to move him to another facility to get a higher paying patient in his bed. I guess they needed to make up for the millions that their CEO stole.
