They went above and beyond to help get my husband in. He made great progress. The staff were friendly and helpful at all levels. The facility was clean and well managed.

* Assaulted * Theft * Falsified documentation/medication * Refuse to assist with toiletry issues On February 5th, 2025, left the room to do my PT and OT therapy which started at 8:30 ending at 10:00 a.m. I'm steal in pain from my work out and was asking for medication to relieve some of my pain. did not leave the room anymore until later that night. On February 5th, 2025, I asked the daytime nurse to please tell me when I would receive medication for my pain, she came in the room and told me it would be 7:00 p.m. I s... read more

If I could give a negative number I would. My dad went to this facility for rehab after a fall. He went in using a cane and walker. He left in a wheelchair to go to a skilled nursing center. Instead of giving him a diet for diabetics, they just tested his sugar and gave insulin if his sugar was high. Despite family requests, and then a dr putting on the board, the never put on compression stockings. No treatment on the weekend so he literally was in bed for 48 hours.
