If you are looking for rude receptionist to a revolving door of deceptive dentists who perform unauthorized fillings this is your place! When questioned why certain procedures were done they were unable to come up with any explanations or documentation. Had been going for years but as of late has completely gone downhill.

Outrageous prices, slick misleading "savings" plans, inexperienced employee (not owner) dentists. My experience was more painful than a root canal without novocain. They post obscenely high prices to get you to pay $300 to join their "savings" plan. After applying the 30% plan discount the prices go down to merely unconscionable. I went to a simple deep cleaning. At the first appointment I was charged $664 which means the original charge was $863, which seemed high but acceptable. Very bad experience with this practice - I have actually been going to them for several years but it seems they have become very $$dollar crazy. Since I hadn't been there in about a year I asked what a cleaning and check up xrays would be and I was quoted "about $500.00! " Since I don't have any major problems I asked about just getting check-up xrays (bite wing) and a cleaning - receptionist said they couldn't do just that - it had to be full xrays. Do not recommend. The scheduling is horrible. They have either forgotten to call me back to schedule appointments or they just don't care, but probably both. I have been going to them for years and one day called in with a bad toothache because they had not called me back in well over a month to schedule something for my broken tooth which they said they were going to do. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They treat their Medicaid patients like second class citizens. The dental hygienist was hurting my gums and I communicated that to her. Her response was "I'm doing my job. Everybody else says I'm gentle." She was totally dismissive and didn't even apologize for hurting me. To make matters worse, the receptionist and front desk staff were insensitive and told me to go someplace else if I didn't want the hygienist to clean my teeth. Went there with a dental emergency. I need a root canal. They sent me to a specialist in their Jackson office. Saw me Said I need a root canal and they made an appt for me. A MONTH FROM NOW! No pain killers either, unless you call Motrin pain killers. I'm livid. I can't eat or drink. The pain is excruciating. This is my dentist too. Or should I say was. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here to because I had a dull pain in a molar and ended up having to get my wisdom tooth and the one in front of it extracted. That is my own fault for not taking better care of myself. HOWEVER THEY PULLED TWO TEETH OUT AND SENT ME HOME WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN MANAGEMENT MEDICATION AT ALL.
