I have been dealing with chronic lower back pain and sciatica for over 20 years. Dr. Susan Lara provided an exercise program and treatment that has significantly alleviated my pain. Before seeing Dr. Lara, I was in constant pain, but now I am not!, i will need to continue with the exercises, but I am grateful to have a structured program. Dr. Lara is a highly skilled physical therapist who listens attentively and makes necessary adjustments if things do not seem right.
