Hilda was awesome! A godsend. I’m no longer in pain, and while going through therapy, she explained things to me, which gave me the tools to continue my therapy on days that I’m not there. Thank you, Hilda! If I find myself in the same situation again, I’ll be asking for her specifically :)

I had a wonderful experience with Hilda. The minute she saw my knees, she knew exactly what the issue was and how to treat them. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Hilda always found creative ways to strengthen my knees, and she always made the exercises fun to do!
