Avoid this dealership... From false advertising to delivery. From after sales customer service to refund. In every stage they have failed terribly. My experience with multiple members of the sales team is a nightmare. This is a dealership from hell. They are worse than your local dealers who will atleast try to deliver a clean car. Nobody bothers to reply or action on request. If you are thinking of buying a car from them, think twice and then avoid.
We bought our car at the dealership on the weekend and everything was great. Harry made everything very smooth and quick. He also followed up this week to make sure we are happy with everything. If you buy your next car, this is the place to go👍🏻 Thank you guys😃
Service desk was incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my key and had been told it would be quite expensive and the car would need to be booked in for 1 1/2 hours. Bury St Edmunds were really flexible and friendly, telling me just to come in when convenient and solved the issue in a few minutes. Definitely recommend and will use Bury in future.
I must say that Endeavour Hyundai excel at customer service. Their attention to our requirements was amazing and Harry made us feel very welcomed and went over and above to assist. Highly recommended. Steve
