From day one off wanting to purchase a car the sales representative (Philip) was very professional and helpful untill the day I picked up the car. I was updated at all times, regarding the progress of sale. On the day of picking up the care the sales representative (Philip) took his time to teach me everything about the technology of the car and help me download the Bluelink app onto my phone. We picked our car up from here a couple of weeks ago and it was a great choice thanks to Zoe, she was very helpful and explained everything very well from the beginning to the end. When we ordered our car she explained all the features and the process. She also kept us updated on what was happening with our car. When we went to collect the car she explained the features and buttons of the car too. Zoe was excellent, great customer service. Thanks again from me and my husband!

Dissapointed by the service. I emailed an enquiry to buy a new car and request a test drive - did get an initial response quite quickly asking what I was interested in and preferences for test drive timing. I emailed very shortly after with relevant details and a couple of questions. Did not hear back for over a day and a half so emailed a follow-up.
