Came at 12:30pm on Saturday: All cars locked, no staff around to talk to. Waited 10 minutes but nobody showed up. Absolute waste of time. A real sorry state of affairs in there. Was looking to buy too.
We picked our car up from here a couple of weeks ago and it was a great choice thanks to Zoe, she was very helpful and explained everything very well from the beginning to the end. When we ordered our car she explained all the features and the process. She also kept us updated on what was happening with our car. When we went to collect the car she explained the features and buttons of the car too. Zoe was excellent, great customer service. Thanks again from me and my husband!
