Terrible terrible service from the moment you arrive. Nowhere to park as the site too congested. Inexperienced unknowledgeable service staff who don't listen or show empathy First appointment was a mess as no job card or record of booking despite showing them email confirmation. Waited an hour in reception with my 4 year old whilst waiting for an auto loan car to return only to then be told there isn't one coming back today so I had to rebook.
