The staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with my new car.
Worst Nightmare. For 2 years they have messed up my servicing. They havent got a clue in branch. Service in Sept 2020; issues not looked at in the car & after complaint, not even a response from the manager. Sept 2021; Courtesy car wasnt available even though clearly i had booked it & got an email confirmation. Moved the service to following week; no response from manager as to why this happened. Purchased a vehicle (Hyundai Tucson) from this branch, the vehicle never received a health inspection check report before sale as 8 week later i still havent seen or received a copy of it. The car had a steering fault and when driving would randomly veer off (quite dangerous) also the handsfree & dab radio doesnt work correctly they eventually took the vehicle back and put in a new steering rack and after checking all connections to the stereo head unit decided the car needed a new head unit 8 week later i am still waiting. ... read more
