From the beginning when everything was exciting to when it broke down and they were doing their best to get what’s a new model to market Simon and Jo have been amazing . I think many times they do not always have the support they need from grenadier but they find a solution and highly recommended

I really, really love my Grenadier which I picked up from Ineos Gerrards Cross nearly a year ago. I have had a whole series of issues with it (not unexpected with a new-to-market vehicle), all covered under warranty. With Jo's help we have gradually worked through the list and today, they are all fixed! Jo has been very helpful, making life as easy for me as she can and going above and beyond on many occasions. All this has been much appreciated. And I still love my Grenadier!
I had the misfortune of someone crashing into our new Grenadier and I had nightmares of how difficult it was going to be to get him repaired. I didn’t need to worry as Simon and Jo had it all in hand. Simon recommended a body repair shop they had used before, organised for him to be collected, kept me informed and Jo quickly sourced the parts needed. Customer service at this dealership is amazing and I highly recommend them. 5*+
Just picked up my new Ineos Grenadier Trailmaster, and have to say the service I received from the Endeavour Team (Simon, Andrew, Daniel & Jo) was fantastic. It's refreshing to receive such personal service, from a team who clearly care. I received a follow up call a couple of days after handover to ensure everything was OK, which I've never received from larger dealerships in the past. Keep up the good work guys.
