I want to thank Pete and James for the patience and professionalism they have had during my acquisition of Emira. They are very helpful, knowledgeable people with an honest love for the brand and respect for the customers.
To makes mistakes is human. We all do. I'm forgiving of them. But how you deal with your mistakes, how you remedy them, reveals your character. It's the real you. This outfit made an arrangement to test drive a particular car. They then let it out as a courtesy car, and really couldn't understand why we were not happy when we arrived - 50 miles from home. They probably still don't understand. Strange way to do business; We'll spend our 27 grand somewhere else!
Daniel & Paul Jones have been outstanding. There was a delay sorting out the funding on our new Emira which they patiently allowed and even sorted out a last min collection unplanned collection of the vehicle so we could get it on a car show in time. Outstanding service - would highly recommend. Thanks guys! You were awesome! :)
