I needed to get a tooth checked for possible root canal. Called their office and Esmeralda at the front desk was super helpful in getting all the necessary information out to me and got me on their schedule. During my appointment, the experience couldn't have been better. Dr. Patel was extremely thorough with a review of the procedure and the work itself. The staff was amazing. The tech was super sweet and knowledgable and the dr was great too! At every step they explained what was going to happen and why and they checked multiple times during the process that I was doing ok. The only issue I had was the temp was a bit sharp when the numbing started wearing off. Besides that, I could not be happier! While I hope I never have to go back, I would not hesitate to pick this office again if I did
The staff that I came incontact with were all professional. The Doctor himself did a great job, he was organized, swift and very knowledgeable. Although I didnt experience any pain or discomfort dring the root canal procedure the Doctor's touch could have been a bit more gentle. Also Danasia(spell check) the assistant was very polite and explained step by step everything before she did it. I was in and out at a decent time.
This was the 3rd root canal I have had and the first time at Endodontics of Ft Worth. This was by far the best experience I have had regarding dental care. Dr Patel did an excellent job explaining the procedure prior and he and his exceptional staff performed the procedure professionally and relatively pain free. I highly recommend this office!
Let me shout out from the door the lady at the counter great customer service. Then we have Dinasia DA was absolutely a gem she explained everything through and through. Dr. Patel work with accuracy, speed and compassion for the patient. If you need a root canal here is where you need too be. So far still no pain and it’s day 1, 7 hours later. Thank y’all so much I will definitely drive 35 minutes anytime your way.
