My experience was great, Doc was patient and understanding about my financial situation, especially since I only had the exact amount I needed for the root canal. It went smoothly and quite quick, there was little to no pain but I did swallow some of the cleaning solution but it was my fault for not raising my hand 😓. Overall, it was quick and easy, thank you so much!
Incredible front office staff and experienced endodontist! I had a bad experience with another dentist and this team was able to fix my tooth with great transparency of the cost and great instructions for after care. Dr. Patel was training a new member of his team and was very patient with her as well. Highly recommend!
I was super nervous because like annunciation else I hate tooth pain and the thought of a root canal makes me want to run!. I has an amazing experience with Dr Patel and his Awesome staff! They help calm my nerves they explained everything before getting started and walk through each step. The BEST part was NO PAIN!!!...u did have some discomfort and after numbing wore off but that was too be expected. After 48hours or less I was back in action. Wait time is horrible, check in was easy, waited 45 minutes to get in the chair only to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the dentist. The actual surgery was excellent and went well. Thank you Dr. Patel. But if you are in a hurry then you may want to see another dentist.
This was a fantastic experience. I had to have an emergency root canal done and was really very anxious because of past dental experiences. Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. Lori at the front desk was super sweet and had to basically give me step by step driving directions to find their office. Dinasia was the assistant that assisted Dr. Patel, and she was sooo great.
