I purchased my extended warranty for peace of mind right before my car hit 3 years/36k miles. I never thought I would be using it a few thousand miles later and less than 6 months after I purchased it. Yes- cars are so complicated - an extended warranty is a must if you intend to keep your car. I thought the Endurance premium I pay is an excellent value since it covered pretty much everything! When a totally unexpected repair popped up ($14.00 timing chain tensioner failure) Endurance covered all labor. I just paid a $100 deductible and for the 'wear parts' - which were surprisingly cheap for a ********. Recommended!
I actually forgot that I had the Endurance policy, until I had already taken my truck in for a repair. After realizing that I did have it, I informed the dealer of such and he took care of it for me. CS person had dealt with Endurance in the past and had no problems with filing the claim. Went through and was handled it perfectly. All completed, and only had to pay the deductible.
Great customer **********************, very friendly, accommodating and thorough! I will consider them for my next car warranty.
So far so good. Haven't needed to use it yet.
