What a fantastic company with fantastic employees.I have had Endurance coverage since spring of 2024. Well, long story short, I lost my job last month due to cut backs. The customer ********************** was great. He explained the contract to me. I haven't had to file a claim yet with them. I heard they were the best extended car warranty. My car has a lot of miles on it and things go wrong. When I have to use the warranty I will leave a review.

Great customer ********************** ********* was very helpful. She was understand and listened to what I had to say. I was not going to keep my leased car so had to cancel policy. I waited for her to input all information needed and stop payment. She said it would take a few day for money back in my account.
My tail gate on my 2018 Escape was acting up badly. Drove to my dealer and I never had to do a thing. Endurance and my **** dealer took care of it all! Saved me $988!!! First claim and very satisfied!
We were very lucky to get ***** to help us with all our questions about getting an Endurance warranty policy. We had no clue on any of this all new to us but he guided us answered all our questions and again so lucky that he answered our call. Our friend also has Endurance and he's the one that suggested to us to get Endurance so I feel comfortable knowing that our truck has such great coverage for hopefully any bumps in the road going forward!Thanks ***** for setting up our new warranty policy!!
