I just purchased the Endurance warranty and have not used it yet. I wanted to comment on how friendly customer ********************** is. Ms. ********* ********* was exceptional. She assisted me with retrieving my policy information from the app and stayed on the phone with me until I assured her I was able to access everything. She made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She is is very patient and customer focused. I look forward to doing business with Endurance in the future.
