I have been using Endurance to cover a used vehicle I purchased several months ago. Since I plan to have it a long time, I want to maintain it well and resolve any issues quickly. Last month I made my first claim for several items that needed to be fixed. ******* was the preferred service provider in my area. The contacted Endurance on my behalf, completed all the required documentation and submitted the claim. One item was denied initially but upon resubmitting, it was approved. I have only just joined so I have not had to test anything to do with filing a claim. After I have my first experience where I have needed help, I will be in a better position to judge the companys service and commitment as a whole. However, at this point in time, I believe I have made a wise decision to join.
