Great and timely service. My only issue is that when I purchased the Policy, I was told that Oil Changes and Brakes were FREE... but they're not. Endurance did save me money on the Oil Change, but it wasn't what was promised. They are a quality Extended Warranty Company, so they don't need to be deceptive. Hopefully everything else goes as smoothly as my Oil Change process.

Did not send policy for review until 7 days before 30 days grace ******* And that was not until I had emailed and three days later called them. Response was perhaps the policy had gone to my spam folder. Yet the notification for upcoming bill for 5 May payment arrived to my email inbox.The sales representative who took my call for the policy was superb. So far, I've been okay with their customer **********************. Thankfully haven't had to submit a claim, so I'll see if my satisfaction changes once I have a repair claim.
