I called in for a copy of my contract and was immediately routed to a kind and professional CSR who took care of my request while we spoke. I've not filed a claim but it was reassuring that there are helpful folks on the customer ********************** end of things.
My representative was pleasant, engaging, and helpful. I was ready to leave because all but one of my claims were denied. She explained the policy which was different than what the sales person sold me, what a surprise, and asked that I give the company another chance. I agreed to stay and we'll see how it goes. I also got some very good personal shopping tips from my **** ******
