I was finally able to reach a young woman who was of immense help. For medical reasons I needed to cancel my warranty insurance. I was extremely lucky to connect with *****************************,Customer ********************** Representative. The last person I'd spoken to said nothing about needing to fill out a cancellation form and she tried for twenty minutes to get me to keep the insurance.
