I left Car Shield for Endurance Im very hopeful that Endurance will deliver on its promise. I didnt get that with Car Shield. From the jump Endurance has been good and have great plans to choose from , and from the jump I was pleased to hear about the plan and the cost. Both well to my liking. 5 stars indeed not question about it.

Happy with the sales person and costumer service *** 4 stars because I haven't really had an experience with using them yet
Once I was able to get to a live person, the representative was extremely helpful. I have found peace of mind having their services available. I would suggest they have a 1 800 telephone number direct for customer support to give them a five star review
I called for info on what I needed & the agent was very well knowledgeable in what I needed answered & now I'm more informed on what I need to do going forward ??????
Just looking for a new extended warranty spoke with ***** was happy with answered all my questions the professional manner she was very knowledgeable ended up doing both my cars we will see down the road how it goes with these new extended warranty people so far no problems with the car looking forward to doing business with endurance down the road setting up the plan was easy and hassle-free ***** was great
Ask about reliability on survey but felt couldn't reply to that since haven't tried to use it yet. The sign up process was great, the representative was very pleasant and answered all my questions and was very informative and worked to get me the best deal.
I pick a 4, the entree was very good and all the benefits very good also. I would give it 5, if and when I may need the services. I have heard good things about the company and I hope in the future all is well.
If someone does not give Endurance a 5 star rating, Endurance is not the one with the problem! If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You are doing a great job!
