I was truly impressed with the honesty that I was given by the salesperson. That means a lot to me. All information that was conveyed to me was explained nothing was left for guessing and that makes me very very happy.
**** was read I had a page of questions written. He answered the first couple of questions and then just started talking about the company. Which answered the rest of my questions. Enjoyable for getting insurance.
My first initial contact with a CSR was too long and way too much information to digest and committ on the spot. I did tell the *** I wanted to see a quote in writing sent to my email. He acknowledged but a quote was never sent. I communicated this via an email response from Endurance. I was then contacted by another *** who was a female and she apologized for my initial contact. **** was very personable and thorough in getting me started. As for the future of my warranty, we will see as time goes by and hopefully if and when a need arises I look forward to a smooth experience. For now it is too soon to review.
Called in to canceled my policy due to losing my job and was transferred to ********* and let me tell you she was super helpful and very professional like an ***** sent above. She was able to reduce my rate so I still have coverage during this hard time. Can't say enough about her if I can give more stars i would.
