The person I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable. She did try very hard to have me continue with Endurance. If she would have been the first person I spoke to at Endurance I might have stayed a client. Her name was Veretta.
The representative was very helpful, informative , and friendly. Answered all my questions. Made sure that I was completely informed and comfortable with the information. A very good experience.

Working with Endurance was quite easy. I had researched the extended automobile warranty business and Endurance was always rated in the top 3 companies. I was a bit concerned that they were not BBB certified but the huge majority of reviews were positive and the overall ratings are high.
