Tabitha was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She sent me a copy of my policy - no problem! Whew!
I was pleased with the service. Although I wasn’t able to take full advantage of the services offered. However, the staff was excellent in meeting my needs.
My customer service representative was simply awesome and very helpful. I thank GOD that I haven't needed any repairs but knowing that I can speak with someone that cares is truly appreciative. I hate that I can't remember her name??.

It was reassuring knowing I had this coverage when I owned my vehicle. It took several attempts for me to get the coverage cancelled after I sold my vehicle. Finally I got the right people Kristen and Tabitha who helped me get it done. Overall I was satisfied
