Great information and experienced representative covering all my needs. The representative was Polite, respectful knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
I had my wife's Mercedes GLC300 in for service. The service wtiter said my car needed an ~ $260 software upfate. He checked from his ******* called Customer **********************. The lady I spoke to eas polite & friendly. She told me upgraded software is NOT covered. Oh, Well.

I did not fully understand the whole coverage part / with what was covered and what was not covered. *** took the time to explain everything to me and helped me better understand my coverage. It did not take a lot of time to the accepting the plan. The company's representative gave me the information that I needed to help me make the decision about accepting the Endurance plan.
Customer **********************, and the ******************** offered sounded great, however, I had to request a full refund due to the cost. I was way out of our budget. But if you can afford it, Endurace is a good extended warranty administrator.
