The gentleman who helped me sign up for the Extended Warranty for my 2020 Dodge Truck was phenomenal, very personable and helpful. I feel I am getting great value for my monthly payment. But the real test will be when I have that first claim - we'll see if the exceptional service I received when signing up, continues on through the entire process. So far, So good!!
Best insurance and best customer **********************. Spoke with ******** in Accounts ************* BEST EVER. She helped me to understand my policy a lot better. Very patient, soft spoken along with her positive attitude.

Every call I have encountered someone who is courteous and has helped address the reason for my call. I'm in the claims process so I am not sure how reimbursement for my rental goes, but I'm sure it will be seamless also. I've recommended others and they have not had any issues.
