I called within the 30-day contract evaluation period to clarify coverage of high tech options. I was almost ready to buy another plan because it seemed the plan I bought did not cover. Agent ***** helped me better understand the term of my contract and avoid buying product I didnt need. Saved me $1500 over the contract term.

She explained everything to me, the why, the how, what and when. If I asked her to explain something again or tell the difference between 2 plans she did happily. I've not used the warranty plan yet, but I will likely use it instead of the 6/6000 that came with my car if I need work done.
