Jesus Campos was amazing to work with! As this was my first time having a solar inspection, I wasn’t sure what to expect. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, and his knowledge of solar really stood out. He explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend him!

The technician, Edward, was great! He was very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of the questions I had. The company is up to speed with e-signing documents and easy payment (very convenient). While Edward was servicing the equipment, I was on the phone with customer service to sign up for the monthly membership. Even the customer service representative was professional, outgoing and knowledgeable. Was very happy with the service I received today.

Energy Aid employee was very polite and courteous. Went right to work and was finished Within half an hour or so as he performed the job that he came out to do. He should be considered a very valuable employee.

Jesus let me know with text he was on his way. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. He told me what he was doing, he completed the tasks. He showed me the difference in the production of my my panels. It was 25% more production. I'm very pleased with this company and will use it again when needed.

Very happy with the service overall. My solar went down and I had someone here within a few days. My tech arrived early, good communication and kept me updated throughout the process. My options were clear and resolution was quick. Definitely made a good first impression. I would be happy to do business again with EnergyAid.
