Awesome company! My house has never been so clean. Girls that came to clean were friendly and made sure I was happy before they left. Customer service is the best!!!
10/8/25 Had a new lady (Michelle) from English Maids clean our house this week and she was awesome. She cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. She asked how I wanted things done and followed my requests. We have English Maids Cleoour house monthly and have been with them several years. We are older and it’s nice to have someone come in and spruce up our space. I recommend English Maids for cleaning services. J. French
Something I so appreciated was the fact they communicated with me! I didn’t leave messages and I didn’t speak to an answering service! They set a time and showed up! And they did a wonderful job. My hose is ready to sell!!
I have been with English Maids for most of a month. They send the same two ladies, and barring Illinois plan to do so. They bring their own cleaning agents, rags or paper towels, and machines. They have no problem with my dogs. I am beyond delighted with their service and o glad I found them!
Desiree and Rachael were the best Housekerpers..My home was shining and pretty when they were done..I would like to have them again once a month. I will call office. I am very satisified
