I have been with English Maids for most of a month. They send the same two ladies, and barring Illinois plan to do so. They bring their own cleaning agents, rags or paper towels, and machines. They have no problem with my dogs. I am beyond delighted with their service and o glad I found them!
I've been with English Maids for several years... overall the cleaner does a good job. I have had the same cleaner for 98% of the time. I would like it if she could put things back they way they were after she has cleaned. She rearranges, so I have to rearrange them back after she leaves. Also, I clean before she comes and sometimes afterwards too. Don't need toilet paper folded into a "V"... just want things back the way they were placed prior to cleaning. I hate cleaning. Also, and more importantly, I absolutely stink at it. English Maids is the best thing that 2025 has brought me so far. Everyone that I have interacted with has been awesome. My dog loves the cleaners that come and he's a great judge of character. Oh and by the way, my house is sparkling clean and smells amazing every week. And it's not as expensive as I had always assumed it would be. I can't believe i waited so long to go for it. I appreciate this service so much! Thank you English Maids!
Ooh how i have enjoyed having the English Maids cleaning my apartment. Michelle and the other ladies who come and clean ate very professional and nice. My apartment stays dust free longer now than before. I just can't get into bathroom and clean like I used to. I highly recommend the English Maids.
I am deeply grateful for English Maids. They clean and freshen our elderly mom’s home biweekly. The situation is complicated because Mom is 90, in failing health, and losing her eyesight. Not everything is perfection every time, but Lauren Burgard and the Bell Co team have been wonderfully responsive to concerns and to requested schedule adjustments. They are reliable and professional in every way and we TRUST them implicitly with our mama which is most important of all.
