Be prepared to wait on Enika at every appointment, she is always late with zero remorse. Also, good luck if you have run into any issues with your prescriptions after your appointment. She does not respond to messages so you are left trying to get in touch with a person at the office which is a total nightmare. I waited on a virtual appointment for over half an hour. Enika entered the call via chat and told me she would be with me momentarily. I continued to wait. I let her know I would do my best to remain present on the call as I had already waited half an hour and had a sick little one. She then abruptly messaged “we need to reschedule.” I asked if someone could give me a call to do so. Enika McClain my NP is great! How ever the rest of the company seems to care much more about money , then it’s patents. In my case after my deductible was paid in full they ( found ) two visits from 11 months prior that they said were not paid. And would not see me again until they were paid. The staff lost my blood pressure data causing me to have to come back and give it again. If it wasn’t for NP McClain I would go elsewhere.
After missing an appt 3 weeks ago her office called to reschedule my appt for her 45mins before the appt time; the next day in a virtual appt she refused to let me call the office after the visit to make payment even though we were already in the meeting. This was the final of many straws. Questionable ethics
