I waited on a virtual appointment for over half an hour. Enika entered the call via chat and told me she would be with me momentarily. I continued to wait. I let her know I would do my best to remain present on the call as I had already waited half an hour and had a sick little one. Enika McClain my NP is great! How ever the rest of the company seems to care much more about money , then it’s patents. In my case after my deductible was paid in full they ( found ) two visits from 11 months prior that they said were not paid. And would not see me again until they were paid. The staff lost my blood pressure data causing me to have to come back and give it again. If it wasn’t for NP McClain I would go elsewhere.

Love it! One of the best Doctors I've spoken with yet regarding my anxiety. Dr Enika McClain listen and felt every situation I explained to her, she was able to respond with sincere and knew exactly what I needed to help me cope through this process of my life. Thanks so much Doc, lol 😆

Because their system malfunctioned and sent me to the wrong waiting room for my telehealth visit, I was in a waiting room for an hour with chest pain and severe headaches and never seen by Enika Mcclain and was told i have to wait another week to be seen. Do not go here to Life Stance Health unless you want to waste your time!
