He has bedside manner, that often is missing with today’s medicine, & it is so important. I know everyone has different personalities, but I like that he explains things to you, he will advise how to correct dietary habits, and he does it in a way I don’t feel insulted. He also give kudos when weight loss happens too. I live Iowa Heart as all of the cardiologists, vein, & ep docs are amazing!
Only saw him briefly but he ordered tests seemed to be through but busy

We are very satisfied with Dr. Martin's expertise. He has, quite literally, saved my husband's life. Even though he's a very busy doctor, he's never too busy to answer questions and offer advice. We have complete confidence in him.
Does not Listen. Gets upset with questions.
I tried to express my frustration about the lack of findings by other doctors and his lack of empathy to my situation. He decided he was offended by what I had to say and went to get a female nurse to talk to me. I never raised my voice or used any type of disrespectful language, but I did ask why I had been sent there if he could not help me. He will not be a doctor that I see again. He needs to learn how to say that he understands patients frustration and that he is willing to work with you.
