I had a referral from a clinic about my daughter’s ears. This office never called to schedule an appointment following the referral. I had to call them, and the receptionist was extremely rude. I also found out she scheduled me on a day no ENT was going to be there. The day of our appointment, I realize we are scheduled in Tupelo for a tongue tie - which we don’t have. I, recently, was a patient at ENT Physicians of North MS, in Corinth. Their staff is extremely friendly, supportive, and helpful. Dr. J. Montgomery Berry was very kind and tried a technique to alleviate the vertigo that I have been experiencing. I have not felt completely well nor back to normal yet, but I am hoping to soon.
They take too long to take any patients to get the help they needed and I had to sit for a whole hour!! My appointment was @ 3:00 pm & they took me in @ 4:00 pm. They are always behind on everything. The doctor always takes his slow and sweet time to talk to the nurses instead of taking care of the patients like he is supposed to. I almost walked out.
Outstanding Doctors Outstanding Care!!! I highly recommend them they are wonderful!! My daughter had an impacted waxed ear and they resolved the problems and got her feeling better! I have seen these doctors several times as well.. Love them!
Doctor was very caring. He explained everything before doing it. He is very good with children.
