WOW after reading reviews that date more than a yr. of ELRAC, LLC d/b/a Enterprise Car Sales now I understand how unprofessional upper management Mr PAUL GIBSON and Mrs ASHLEY WISE have always been. It's a good thing this is the only game in town for rental cars. The last 3 times I have rented I have had to wait over an hr to get a car. Each time the manager apologized and said they will take care of me next time. Guess it's like the sign says "Free beer tomorrow" Guess I need to come an hr early. 2 people came in after me and left one go the same car as me!!!!!! Oh and this was the car
