It is obvious that the staff are being measured purely on transaction speed rather than quality or accuracy. I was pushed through the process so aggressively that mistakes were made, and I had to return to get the issue corrected. When a business incentivizes raw speed over getting things right the first time, it creates a terrible loop of rework and frustrated visitors.

He guided me through the process seamlessly and made everything very easy. The storage itself is clean, dry and safe. It was easy (with the right credentials) to access and there was no fuss.
