I had a great experience with Jeff, the manager at Montreal Mini-Storage. After I reserved a unit online, Jeff personally called me to confirm the details and even helped me find a better option that suited my needs more efficiently. He took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to access, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated the friendly and professional service. Highly recommend!
If I could leave no stars I would. Probably the worst storage experience I've had in my life especially considering how much it costs. the access door to the building was broken and they just didn't care. Stayed like that for a week before I could get in and get to my things. I got them a customer and asked her my $100 reward and they just said no we're not giving it to you. They are charging every 4 weeks Therefore my 10x10 locker costs 3900 a year. 10x10 at U-Haul costs 2500 a year. And yes, I am moving out. They truly don... read more
Months were OK but that’s how they get you… $102 for a small metal box 10 x 10 smaller than you would imagine… $102… Needed to keep my things there for longer than expected then it jumped to $357.63…. After paying that for a couple months, I went to collect my things with a U-Haul…. Could not fit four items in the truck … They have now put me in a collection agency to get an extra month out of me $357.63 because I left those items behind …. I assumed they would throw them out …Financially, they’re an absolute nightmare.
If I could give -5* I would— Told them 5x not interested- still sending me monthly reminders to finish setting up my move in.. lol-I’ve already rented somewhere else and there still trying to get me to rent with them..very unprofessional !!!! what don’t they get!!most definitely never going to consider them in future- they can’t read or listen to a potential customer!
Great experience booking a storage unit with Montreal Mini-Storage Lachine! Made it easy to reserve my unit and finalize my rental over the phone. Gus was incredibly kind and helpful on both phone calls I had with him. Very pleasant demeanor, took the time to answer all my questions. Love the flexible access hours (6am to 11pm) and that their office is open over the weekend. Cheers!
