Neil is great - informed, friendly, helpful - puts you at ease at a time when you are probable stressed out. A suggestion: the storage units are terrific and spotless - the lighting is good; my suggestion, put up signs at the entrance of each row indicating what units are in that row - this was my first visit but I know I am going to go in circles for a long time.
