I found EnvioCore to be fast, friendly and very professional. I have worked with other Enviromental Testing company's as a General Contractor, and as a whole I found testing companys customer service lacking in most cases, and incompetent in others. Vanessa handles your project as if it were her own. She is like having your own customer Lesion. Do yourself a favor, and let them handle this part of your project, so you can focus on the aspects of your project that need your attention.

Chad is your advocate. The seller of our home was picky on keeping prices low, so I felt compelled to ask less, but Chad was that angel sitting on your shoulder "nagging" you to do the correct thing. As he put it, it's like "buying a lamborghini with a dent". Many times, I would tell Chad "can we do less?", and he'd push me to do more. He then offered to chat personally with the remediators to make sure the work is done correctly. He is not just a tester, he is your personal advocate!

If you want someone who is professional, extremely timely, knowledgeable, and invested in the testing and safety of your home then you should hire enviocore. We own a 100 year old house and had some remodeling we wanted to do so we had Staci come out and test for lead paint and asbestos - she came out the day after we called and we had our results 24 hours from there.
