I left a message early Sunday morning. Sunday mid morning Vanessa called me back. She scheduled an inspector for Monday morn. David came out and took samples. A few hours later I had the results (lab certified). That's less than 30 hours from me leaving a message on a Sunday, to me have the job inspected and tested. Vanessa is amazing , a Rockstar in her field. I can't say enough good things about her and EnvioCore. True professionals her and David.
I have yet to actually pay them any money for a job but wow did I have a great experience with Tom. He took the time to ask me questions and inform me of details to be most helpful instead of just trying to sell me on a job. HE LITERALLY SAID "HEY DO THIS INSTEAD OF PAYING US" which is such a rare and great quality in a business. I will definitely contact EnvioCore first if I need additional help in the future and recommend them to anyone!
My name is Jeff I called today and spoke with Vanessa. I was in a hurry to get asbestos testing as soon as possible. She was more than accommodating. She made several calls to help me coordinate to have testing done. She went above and beyond. Not only did she get it scheduled she got it scheduled for the same day. My carpet install was put on hold due to potential asbestos and Vanessa was wonderful in getting me on the schedule asap so the testing could be done right away. The inspector who came to the house was very nice and professional. Hope I don’t have need for environmental testing again but if I do I’ll definitely call them. Great job and very friendly.
Enviocore was amazing to work with. The were extremely professional and got my property inspected in a timely fashion as well as returned the test results to me very quickly. Highly recommend!
