I left a message early Sunday morning. Sunday mid morning Vanessa called me back. She scheduled an inspector for Monday morn. David came out and took samples. A few hours later I had the results (lab certified). That's less than 30 hours from me leaving a message on a Sunday, to me have the job inspected and tested. Vanessa is amazing , a Rockstar in her field. I can't say enough good things about her and EnvioCore. True professionals her and David.
Highly recommend working with EnvioCore! I had a bit of a false start when I called them, was ready to pay hundreds of dollars for a set of tests. Without getting into detail because it’s sort of a long story- the tech that came out to me talked me through everything and helped me realize I didn’t actually need to do these tests at all, saving me a bunch. Really appreciate their honesty and straight forward helpfulness. Will definitely reach out for future needs!
I found EnvioCore to be fast, friendly and very professional. I have worked with other Enviromental Testing company's as a General Contractor, and as a whole I found testing companys customer service lacking in most cases, and incompetent in others. Vanessa handles your project as if it were her own. She is like having your own customer Lesion. Do yourself a favor, and let them handle this part of your project, so you can focus on the aspects of your project that need your attention.
Called on Memorial Day to schedule some inspections, and they immediately had me scheduled for next day. Outstanding customer service, and their inspector Gaylon was great. Thanks Vanessa and everyone at Enviocore!
