I first contacted Envision A Smile Dentistry when I had an emergency with an infection in a tooth that was extremely painful. They got me in to see a dentist immediately and determined a root canal was needed, however the infection had to be dealt with first. They prescribed antibiotics and once the infection was gone, they performed the most pain free root canal ever. WARNING! I paid the total quoted amount from my own pocket for implants and properly expected my insurance benefit checks. This office filed incorrectly with my insurance and had them pay them instead. Now, they won't give me that money. They've been paid in full PLUS my insurance benefits! I tried to discuss this with them and was given the run around and haven't gotten a definitive response in two weeks. I have no recourse except to take this to the proper Illinois authorities. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I had a serious pain problem with my teeth and had to get two extractions. The girls fit me in with no problem. The doctor was bouncing from patient to patient and was very professional and caring. They made it a less painless process.
Honestly It was great.They did a fabulous job. They made me feel comfortable put me at ease I love there chemistry they are a great team they really made it easy for me I appreciate what they did for me thank u guys I appreciate you guys
