Envision a Smile was a nightmare. The young lady hygienist was great friendly, skilled, made me believe this was a professional office, so I came back. They started the filling, stopped and told me cavity was too deep, and I needed FOUR root canals, so they sent me home with a temporary filling that hurt for weeks. I also overheard doctor talking: “we need him back ASAP, if he goes somewhere else it’ll make us look very bad”. It was extremely fishy to me because my teeth are very healthy. The team at Envision A Smile have been absolutely exceptional. They have done great and timely work as well as offer me very fair pricing when I lacked insurance coverage. They are good and honest folks. I definitely recommend their services!

I did not have a good experience at this dental office. I came in with discomfort on a specific tooth, but instead of focusing on my main concern, the front office receptionist was very pushy about adding services on the opposite side of my mouth that were unrelated to why I was there. It felt like the priority was billing higher-dollar procedures to insurance rather than addressing my actual dental issue. Dr. Karbhari was excellent and I couldn't say better things about the assistants and everyone I dealt with. Ive always had anxiety about the dentist and they made the experience painless both mentally and physically. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate me. 10/10 from me and I couldn't be happier. Edit: I received a text from them telling me I owe them $5000. I was in a great deal of pain on a Sunday afternoon. My regular, and most other dentist's were not open. The folks at Envision answered their phone and agreed to meet me at their St. Charles location. They fixed my problem and relieved my pain. They were professional, personable, painless and thorough. I will be forever grateful they took the time to help me in my hour of need.
