WARNING! I paid the total quoted amount from my own pocket for implants and properly expected my insurance benefit checks. This office filed incorrectly with my insurance and had them pay them instead. Now, they won't give me that money. They've been paid in full PLUS my insurance benefits! I tried to discuss this with them and was given the run around and haven't gotten a definitive response in two weeks. I have no recourse except to take this to the proper Illinois authorities. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
Very nice to know there are still good people in this world. I was in pain on a Saturday and they fit me in and then arranged to have my tooth removed. All the other places advertise emergency care but not until Monday.. I found the place to go from now on .. Thank you Sonya!!!!
I'd like to share my experience with the implant procedure I recently underwent at this clinic. From the very beginning, I sensed a major lack of accountability. Despite my initial willingness to give the benefit of the doubt, I found that my concerns were often met with an endless cycle of excuses. I had a serious pain problem with my teeth and had to get two extractions. The girls fit me in with no problem. The doctor was bouncing from patient to patient and was very professional and caring. They made it a less painless process.
I had horrible tooth pain that I just could not take, and Envision A Smile Dentistry was able to get me in within a few hours, and I'm so thankful for that.Everyone was kind, it's very clean for a busy dentist office. I really liked my Dentist loved the gal who took my x-rays.
