Several months later, and after a good deal of research into reputable shops, we brought my wife's Prius to Epic Dent Pros to fix the rather extensive hail damage from the end-of-May storm. The amazing Google reviews don't lie, Epic Dent Pros is incredible! I did an embarrassing amount of research for the dent in my door; I wanted to go somewhere my new car would be treated with care. I was sold on Epic Dent Pros not only for their incredible reviews, but because of the amazing communication, scheduling, and prompt response I received from Jolene. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Perfect results with some of the best customer service I've encountered in any industry. They genuinely care and provide the best experience possible for their customers, alleviating the stress and uncertainty of auto repair. There's a reason why they have all 5 star reviews, it's because the communication, work quality, and pricing are top notch. I waited a couple weeks to get an appointment which isn't bad, for a dent on the driver's side of my car. The day before the appointment someone put a dent on the other side of my car and damaged the paint a bit. They were able to fix the new dent at the same time and buffed the area. Loved the flexibility of being able to add work on the same day. Thank you!

Epic Dent Pros is the best! I recently had 2 cars repaired with them - one with hail damage and the other from an accident. From start to finish, Jolene and Rene were incredibly professional and efficient. They helped me with insurance and I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get the work done without sacrificing quality.
