I had mistaken the size of the B on my hat order and they arrived with a very small B. I realized I had ordered a classic B and not a varsity letter B. They would not exchange or replace my order, so I had to put in a new order. Very upsetting, but that is how business is.

In most cases I can find what I am looking for. Today, was not successful in finding all that I needed. Inventory for Ladies was lacking. Delivery on some items takes too long. Overall I am happy with Epic - you are providing me 90 percent of what I need.
