“Brutal customer service. Never again will they get a dollar from me” Ordered play call wristbands. Ordered youth and received wrong size. Called service and average wait was an hour on hold. Emailed and heard nothing for over a week. Than finally got a return email only to be told that I would be charged shipping to return the items than charged shipping again for them to return the proper size that was originally ordered. Horrible service.
