“Sizing is not consistent, same brand with different...” Sizing is not consistent, same brand with different colors, totally different sizes. Disappointing and inconvinient.
“There was an item that was Out Of Stock, and I responded...” There was an item that was Out Of Stock, and I responded to the email I received that you could just remove it from the order. However, I received 3 more of the same emails and about 8 phone calls about it. That was INCREDIBLY annoying. Please have your emails checked promptly, and get rid of the phone calls all together!! Online should suffice.

Last order wasn't delivered on ETA delivery date and shirts were not organized and package was open. I would rate higher on previous orders but overall its above average when it comes to customer service and delivery dates.
