Overall, a good shopping site. If you work on your shipping I would be much more likely to but here much more often. Your lower prices are offset by shipping.
The only problem that I am not happy with is the cost of shipping (higher that the price of the item without the lettering) and the length of time it takes to receive the items.
I did not understand from the website that the helmet I ordered did not have a face mask. Because of this I incurred two very pricey shipping charges. I felt it should have been made clear that no face mask was included.
The last person took my order is the only one was really nice

You need to have PayPal as an easier checkout option for customers.
I love the prices and the selection options. The only thing I would have wished could have been spelled out better relates to having our own logo placed on the product. The time frame for that was much longer than I thought it would have been. Also, there is no option to send your logo through the site (a phone call must be made) and receive information about it.
I love this site. Bargains for items one would actually wear and can actually use. I bought sports equipment, hats and shirts this time but also out fit my track team from your site. That order will follow in a few months!
