i think that delivery chrges are excessive and why do i have to wait 9 days for 1 hat to be delivered
The only thing I was concerned about was the shipping cost as I am a Senior Ctiizen and living on a fixed income and we usually try to purchase items with free shipping! The second item is why do you not accept Pay Pal as a method of payment, it still goes through my debit card and has no effect on buyers purchases from you. It just a quick way for your customers to check out?
Shipping charges are way too high. To receive my order in less than a week, it would have cost me $17.00 to ship it - more than the cost of the pair of shorts I ordered!
Your return policy is unfair. All I wanted was to exchange sizes from a large to extra large. I was told that I had to purchase new items, return the old ones, and then a refund might be issued. I have shopped a lot of places in my time, and never had an experience (or ran into a policy) like this one. The items were umpire shirts which I wanted to wear while doing both plate and base positions. There is no way I can use them over a chest protector.
I have looked everywhere for this product and could not find it anywhere for under $30. This site has incredible prices!
Excellent selection of Minor League Baseball teams. They have great logos that are of special interest to youth/teens.
I really enjoyed the order process t wasn't hard and the prices were great also. I will be ordering from Epic Sports a lot and can't wait to see what else they have to offer and how they treat their customers.
