“My daughter was very pleased with her order!” My daughter was very pleased with her order! The fabric is quality fabric and the turnaround shipping time was much quicker than stated.
“Had to return the jacket” Had to return the jacket. Right size in the chest, but the waist was too small (and not described in size chart.) Called CS to exchange. Christy was great. Ordered next larger size, dropped item off with RMA,and she processed the refund immediately. Little disappointed that the shipping was not refunded, but at least I didn't have to ship it back.
